Delivery Policy
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders as quickly as possible.
Standard Beds: Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Beds: Estimated delivery within 10–21 working days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Fast & Free Delivery
We offer free delivery to most Mainland UK addresses. Orders are delivered through our trusted national courier network, with deliveries typically taking place between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Delivery Scheduling
If you require delivery on a specific day, please contact us immediately on info@sleeperzzzbespokebeds.co.uk after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If no request is made, your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a dispatch confirmation before your scheduled delivery. This will include updated delivery information and, where available, a more accurate delivery window.
Delivery Times
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers operate on planned routes, providing a 4 hour window so deliveries are made throughout the day between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Changes to Your Delivery
If you need to amend your delivery arrangements, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Changes requested after this time may not be possible due to courier scheduling.
Delivery Location
For most deliveries, our courier service is doorstep or communal entrance delivery only. Couriers are not authorised or insured to carry items inside your property or upstairs.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect your order. By accepting the delivery, you confirm the goods have been received in satisfactory condition.
Free Delivery Terms
Free delivery is available to Mainland UK addresses only.
The following postcode areas are excluded from free delivery:
AB, TR, PA, PH, IV, KW, KY, DD, PL, EX, SA, LD, LL, SY, TQ and FK
If your address falls within one of these postcode areas, a £50 charge will occur.
Areas We Do Not Deliver To
Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to:
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
- Jersey
- Guernsey
- Isle of Man
- Scottish Islands
- Any other offshore UK islands
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order or access is restricted, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or there are any missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
