We offer a vast range including pocket sprung, memory foam, pillow top, cool gel and orthopaedic. Pocket sprung gives responsive support, memory foam contours to your body, pillow top adds a plush sewn-in comfort layer, cool gel is made for hot sleepers, and orthopaedic focuses on firmer, posture-friendly support.
Most sleepers do well on medium-firm because it balances support and pressure relief. Side sleepers often like a slightly softer feel, while front sleepers often prefer a firmer feel. If you're unsure, medium-firm is a safe starting point.
It refers to the number of pocket springs in the king size of that mattress model. A higher count can improve contouring, though overall design and materials matter too.
Rotate it head to toe every few months for even wear. Many modern and pillow top designs are one-sided, so rotate only — do not flip. Follow the care advice for your specific model.
The right option keeps your spine aligned while cushioning pressure points. Many people with back discomfort do well on medium-firm support. If pain persists, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
A light new-foam smell is normal and usually fades within a few hours to a few days. Ventilate the room and let the mattress air before dressing it.
Our mattresses include a 5-year warranty. It covers faults in materials or manufacturing when used on a suitable base, with fair use and care.
We aim to deliver your order within 7–10 working days (excluding bank holidays). Remote areas may take a little longer. If your delivery falls outside our standard delivery timeframe, a member of our team will be in touch with a more accurate timeline.
You'll receive updates at each stage:
- 3–4 days before delivery — we'll confirm your delivery date.
- The day before delivery — we'll share a 4-hour window for the day of delivery.
- On the day — our delivery team will let you know when they are 30–60 minutes away.
